Payment & Refund Policy

1. Paid Events

Some events organized through Karyakramah may require a registration fee. All payments are processed securely.

2. Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our payment gateway partners.

3. Refunds

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer or the university, a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days.

User Cancellation: Refunds for user-initiated cancellations are subject to the specific event's policy set by the organizer. Generally, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.

4. Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by the bank within 3-5 business days.
