Event Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before requesting an event at Anurag University.

1. Event Scheduling

  • Event requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
  • Conflicting schedules with academic calendars will result in automatic rejection.
  • Events extending beyond 6:00 PM require special permission from the Dean.

2. Approval Process

All requests go through a multi-tier approval process:
Faculty Coordinator → HOD → Administrative Officer.
You will be notified via email and dashboard notifications at each stage.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Maintain discipline and cleanliness within the venue premises.
  • Use of university equipment must be handled with care.
  • Any damage to property will be charged to the organizing department/club.
